Judicial independence in our country means trial independence，which includes two concrete principles，that is，court independence and judge independence．Nowadays，judicial independence is seriously obstructed．There are many reasons about why the phenomenon arises.The authors only analyze the three factors influencing judicial independence and put forward some opinions about it．
