A literature review of circulation and financial support on rural land contracted-management right

The circulation of land contracted-management right was an important aspect of the stabilization and improvement on rural basic management systems. And it was an objective economic phenomenon emerges as rural labor force transferring and rural economy developing. This article reviewed and systemizeed related literatures on current situations, problems and financial support to the circulation of rural land contracted-management right from 2007 to 2009. It would be helpful to researches and practices of the circulation of land contracted -management right and financial support to its acceleration.
