This article discusses the present state and difficulties of Circulation of Rural Land Contracted Management Right in our country, and offers three kinds of proposals of prudently dealing with Circulation of Rural Land Contracted Management Right, system changes of Circulation of Rural Land Contracted Management Right, creating and improving mechanism of market circulation.
