Research Areas and Policy Studies on Human Resource in China

The first half of 21~(st) century is a golden period of the development of China human resource,but with the strengthening of global competition in economic and cultural and social fields,China is facing severe challenges: severe conflict between the increase in total amount of labor population and low development level of present human resource;reinforcing conflict between human resource supply and demand structure;poor use,abuse and misuse of present human resource. This paper,thus,argues that proper measures should be taken to(1) develop present human resource;(2) to reform the present China labor system;(3) to improve the quality of present labor force;(4) to change the way of human resource exploitation.
