Abstract

Proceed from the theory of human resource and the features of human resource management in the new economic age, this thesis analyses the current directive thoughts, the administrative system and the management aim of human resource administration which are not accommodative with the human resource thoughts, and puts forward that the development and administration of human resource will become the new stage of the human resource management reform.
