Abstract

As a new open-end index fund,Exchange Trade Fund has special innovative advantages: for the investors, it has perfect liquidity and low transaction cost; for the fund management companies,the redemption in kind will improve the utilization of the capital. With the improvement of the securities market efficiency in every country, the fund specialists are paying great attention to the development of the Exchange Trade Fund and regarding it as the trend of the future fund industry.
