Global Private Fund's Development Trend and Perspective in China

Private fund's popularization has made great impact on the global economy operation and financial market's development. On the basis of reviewing private fund's history,characteristics and development trend and analyzing private fund market's history and current situation,this paper brings forward the following viewpoints: in the process of private fund's evolvement and global expand,it is increasingly obvious in the comprehensive trend of private fund's operating scope; Chinese private fund market is still asymmetric and deformed and lack of true local PE fund. The paper comes to the conclusion that due to the gradual improvement of social credit and law environment and more and more rationalized and standardized security market,Chinese private fund market's asymmetry and nonstandard phenomena will gradually reduce,and PE fund will become an important form of private fund in China.
