Abstract
Objective To prepare the total alkaloids of Corydalis Decumbentis Rhizoma(rhizome of Corydalis decumbens(Thunb.)Pers.) resinates and study the protopine and tetrahydropalmatine release kinetics of the drug-resinate in vitro. Methods The drug-resinates were prepared by bath method. As the target components, the protopine and tetrahydropalmatine release kinetics were investigated in different temperature(37 ℃,45 ℃)and different release media(deionized water,0.15 mol·L-1NaCl,0.6 mol·L-1NaCl,0.15 mol·L-1KCl and 0.15 mol·L-1HCl).Results The release rates of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine were increased with the increase of ionic strength of the release media and temperatures. The release rates changed with counter-ion type. Conclusions The release rates of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine of drug-resinates are correlated with ionic strength of the release media, the types of counter-ion and temperatures.
