Abstract
Objecteve To investigate the cause of abdominal distension of Thoracolumbar fractures patient and the nursing measures to better abdominal distension effectively.Methods 128 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were assigned into control group and experimental group randomly, To treat with routine nursing and nursing intervention method to preveny abdominal distension respectively. To obserue the abdominal distension of two groups, the data were compared and analyzed statistically.Results The effect was satisfaction, the symptom of abdominal distension was release by compared with control group.Conclusion The rate of abdominal distension of thoracolumbar fracture patient is high, nursing intervention can avoid and relieve abdominal distension timely and effectively.
