Abstract

Objective To study the effects of Danhong Injection combined with Adenosine cobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) patients with ST-T changes. Methods From Sep 2011 to Sep 2012,100 DPN patients with ST-T changes were selected from our hospital.Patients randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases) and the control group(50 cases). All of the patients received dealth education on diabetes mellitus and diabetes treatment.Control group treated with 500 μg/d Adenosine cobalamin;on this basis, treatment group was given 30 mL/d danhong injection.Effects were evaluated after treatment for four weeks. Results Fifty cases in the treatment group,35 cases(70.0%) had an effects,9 cases(18.0%) improved, and 6 cases(12.0%) invalid, total effective rate was 88.0%,effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.00,P 0.05);Two groups of patients with median motor neurons, sensory neurons in the middle-right,left-right common Peroneal motor nerve and common Peroneal are significantly improved sensory nerve conduction velocity(P 0.05);Treatment in patients with median motor neurons, sensory neurons in the middle-right,left-right common Peroneal common Peroneal sensory nerve conduction velocity of motor neurons and substantially higher than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Danhong Injection combined with Adenosine cobalamin can effectively improve peripheral nerve injury and cardiac function in DPN patients with ST-T changes.
