Abstract

The Labor Contract Law of CPC was issued on June 29,2007 and implemented on Jan.1,2008.As the most important labor law since the issue of Labor Law of China,it involves vital interests of hundreds of millions laborers and influences on the recruitment of employing units.The Labor Contract Law amends and adjusts the current Labor Law obviously so as to accord with the rules of the market economy,protect legal rights and interests of laborers better and build harmonious labor relations.The Labor Contract Law will exert an important influence on labor relations of China.
