Abstract

Objective To investigate the related factors, clinical characteristics and prognosis of the hemorrhagic infarction(HI).Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 51 cases of HI was conducted. Results The patient group of cerebral embolism, massive cerebral infarction, and cerebral cortex infarction occurred HI more easily than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).The majority of the hematoma-type HIs are the early-onset ones. The clinical outcome and prognosis of the hematoma-type HI are statistically significantly worse than those of the non-hematoma one(P 0.05).Conclusion The related factors of HI include cerebral embolism, massive cerebral infarction, and cerebral cortex infarction. The hematoma mainly occurs at early stages of HI with a poor prognosis.
