A Probe of Electricity Price Reform and Integration Strategies of Demand Side Management with Regard to the Supply and Demand

DSM(Demand Side Management) asks to change the mode of demand through the reform of the electricity price,to improve the load curve and to realize strategic uses of electricity and energy conservation.In order to fit in with the need,it is advisable to adopt an integrated tactics of timesharing price,real time price,season price of electricity,and possible power failure price.The linkage and merger of the sales rate of electricity and rate for incorporation into the power network,the merger of the progression type price of electricity and energy conserving measure,the merger of the price of electricity of the quality and good service,may also be adopted.The merging and application of these tactics of electricity price is expected to bring good benefit in economy,environmental protection and social well being as well as to alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand due to the electricity shortage,and finally to improve the quality of people's life.
