Abstract
This paper combs the current basic electricity price mechanism of our country. The formation mechanism, classification and typical types of electricity price of some foreign countries. Giving full consideration to different user demand, comprehensive price mechanism is researched deeply, which contains power quality price, reliable price and power price. In the end, the technical difficulties of comprehensive price mechanism and concrete implementation scheme are analyzed.
