Abstract

Intellectual property strategy is a key to the existence and development of an enterprise. The Chinese enterprises shall attach adequate importance to this strategy in order to effectively participate in international competition. As an essential part of an enterprise's general development strategy, intellectual property strategy is made up of quite a number of independent sub-systems. To implement intellectual property strategy, an enterprise has to first of all cultivate talents, and meanwhile take the market rather than policy or technology as the guideline.
