On the Development of Intellectual Property of Heilongjiang Key Enterprises

Now,Heilongjiang key enterprises are weak in awareness of intellectual property,lack of perfect management system of in-tellectual property,and unfavorable in establishment and implementation of intellectual property strategy.Furthermore,their ability to apply intellectual property system is unfit for their position in industry.These problems can not meet the development need of the enter-prises.In a word,Heilongjiang Province should make a development strategy of intellectual property for the key enterprises and greatly promote implementation of intellectual property strategy.Namely,the province should build perfect cooperative work mechanism among all sectors to provide better and effective services,play the governments' coordinative ability to guild cooperation between the key enter-prises and to promote strategic alliances of industrial technology innovation,support the enterprises to build patent base or intellectual property information center and improve their ability to use patent literature,increase service function of social intermediary and offer perfect external environment for intellectual property of the key enterprises.
