Abstract
The bioassay on some kinds of weeds and crops in greenhouse and field trial showed that JS913 was a compound with high herbicidal activity. It was very effective against many grasses including Echinochloa crusgalli, Digitaria sanguinalis, Setaria viridis, Poa annua, Eleusine indica, Alopecurus aequalis, Leptochloa chinensis and Avena fatua, sedges including Cyperus difformis, Fimbristylis miliacea and Cyperus rotundus, small-seed dicotyledons including Amaranthus retroflexus and Chenopodium serotinu. And it was safe to major crops such as rice, corn, soybean and cotton. In greenhouse, its fresh-weight inhibitory rate to above all weeds was over 80% at dosage of 25~100 g (a.i.)/hm2 and no phytotoxicity was observed to above all crops. In field trial, at dosage of 60~120g (a.i.)/hm2, efficacy was from 50% to 100% and it was safe enough to transplanted rice and corn.
