Abstract

The ethyl 3-amino-4,4,4-trifluorocrotonate was prepared by the one-pot method of esterification,condensation,ammoniation using trifluoroacetic acid,n-butanol,ethyl acetate and ammonium sulfate as the raw materials.There are many advantages for this synthesis method such as the inexpensive raw materials,simple lines,mild reaction conditions,the operational safety,simple,high purity products,lighter environmental pollution.This synthesis method is more suitable for industrial production.
