On the Conditions of Autologous Blood Transfusion in Patients with Orthopedic Operation

Objective: To analyze the conditions of autologous blood transfusion in orthopedic patients with selective operation.Method: Before surgery or under the condition of anesthesia,116 patients were drawn the blood 400 to 600 mL,at the same time,blood,600 to 800 mL,in the operative field was recovered,transfusion,electrolyte(K+,Na+,Cl-),Hb,HCT,PLT,PT,APTT,whole blood viscosity of patients were detected and analyzed,the indexes were compared with 111 cases in the control group(patients receiving allogeneic blood transfusion).Result: The differences of autologous blood transfusion group had no statistical meaning in Hb,HCT,PLT,PT,APTT,K+,Na+ and Cl-before and after the surgery(P0.05),Hb and HCT of the control group were decreased(P0.05),comparison between both groups showed significant difference in PT,APTT,Na+,Cl-and blood viscosity(P0.05).Conclusion: During the perioperative period,patients with selective operation could accept autologous blood transfusion to save allogeneic blood,decrease the risk of blood transfusion and promote the rehabilitation after surgery.
