Influence of normovolemic hemodilution autologous blood transfusion for blood coagulation of patients with perioperative function

Objective To observe the influence of normovolemic hemodilution autologous blood transfusion for blood coagulation of patients with perioperative function.Methods A retrospective analysis of 44 patients with gastric cancer,colorectal cancer radical operation,22 patients of the allogeneic blood transfusion group took the allogeneic transfusion of whole blood 400 mL,22 patients of the autologous blood transfusion group took skin incision bleeding 400 mL before operation,at the same time inputed the equivalent of hydroxyethyl starch,autologous blood transfusion in the back in the technique,compared the changes of laboratory blood and the change of blood coagulation index.Results The Hct and Hb of blood transfusion from 1 hour to 24 hours of the autologous blood transfusion group after operation was decreased significantly than the allogeneic blood transfusion group(P 0.05),the PT and APTT of the two groups was significantly increased than that before operation(P 0.05),the blood transfusion were prolonged before and after blood transfusion,at the same time,PLT and FIB was decreased(P 0.05).Conclusion Effect on blood clotting in perioperation for patients with tumors of the difference by Normovolemic hemodilution autologous blood transfusion and blood transfusion is not significant.
