Abstract
GC determination of fatty acid composition of Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp. and Dunaliella salina showed that TPUFA of the three species of microalgae in exponential phase were higher than those in stationary phase, otherwise, TSFA were relatively lower in exponential phase. DHA of Isochrysis galbana, EPA of Chlorella sp. and C18∶3 of Dunaliella salina were all the maximum at sixth day during cultural period.
