Abstract
Logistics Finance(LF) is an integral part of modern logistics,which meet the Internal and objective need of the development in logistics business,and also to be a main content of value-added logistics services supplied by the ogistics company.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the generation of Logistics Finance.Secondly,according to the practical application to analysis the present development situation,so that put forth some main models that promote the development of Logistics Finance.Thirdly,from the perspective of practical significance,advances a new idea and suggestion for the third party logistics company and the financial institutions to carry out the innovation of business and seek the new growth point of profit.
