Abstract
Third-party logistics companies in order to enhance profitability,should be involved in the logistics industry in high value-added services.Logistics Finance as a logistics value-added services were an extension of the service,by providing financing facilities,will the supply chain logistics,capital flow and information flow to the organic integration.This paper introduces several common mode of finance,logistics,proposed third-party logistics companies in the logistics business,as the information of financial intermediaries,quality materials management brokerage and credit intermediary three kinds of roles,and then analyzes the third-party logistics enterprises should have what conditions can be successfully logistics to carry out financial operations.
