Inspirations from Confucian Idea of "Harmony" on Work of United Front in New Era

Harmonyis the core of traditional Chinese culture.Though the Confucian did not directly propose the idea of harmonyor set the target of constructing a society,yet it did set for itself a target of building a feudal stateless world.If a stateless worldwould be built,a harmonious society should firstly be established.Thus the Confucian did propose a set of specific claims concerning politics,economy,culture and society.At present,the construction of a harmonious socialist society of Chinese characteristics is the target and task for us,so it gives a bigger demand and provides a greater space for the work of the united front.The Confucian idea of harmonycan be concluded in one word,i.e.a harmonious united front.
