Abstract

Civil Engineering Materials is one of the fundamental courses for the civil engineering majors. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional experiment teaching of this course and discusses a new approach based on the Outstanding Engineers Training Program in the light of content, methodology, evaluation and long-term mechanism so as to improve students' learning ability, work attitude, hands-on skill and innovation ability, etc..
