Abstract
Teachers of higher vocational college shoulder historical responsibility in terms of cultivating vocational professionals with high qualities and skills and promoting socialist harmonious construction.Teachers of higher vocational college must have good morality to ensure talents training quality.The author analyses status quo and causes of teacher morality existing in higher vocational college and puts forward her own ideas on strenthening techer morality construction of higher vocaional college.
