Abstract

The school-enterprise cooperation is a system engineering involving multiple departments.The synergy theory put forward by Haken has a good reference for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and its internal mechanism and operation mechanism provide the beneficial theory support and research perspectives for school-enterprise cooperation problem.Using the synergy theory can build the schoolenterprise synergetic development under the multiple platform,and form the trinity model of strategic synergy, knowledge synergy and organization synergy,thus promote the synergetic development.
