A Study on the Synergetic Mechanism for the Strategic Compensation Management of the Enterprise

Abstract

The strategic compensation management system of the enterprise is open,nonlinear,and complexly adaptive,which has the synergetic characters of self-adaptation and self-evolution.First,this paper summarizes the strategic compensation management and its synergy.Then the order parameter of system synergy is introduced to analyze the synergy for the strategic compensation management system of the enterprise.While analyzing the working mechanism of order parameter and the generating mechanism of its synergic effect,the paper,on the basis of the synergy platform,concludes the synergetic mechanism for strategic compensation management and builds the model.The synergetic theory and method can be used to study the synergetic mechanism and origin of strategic compensation management system of the enterprise,guiding the synergetic practice in the strategic compensation management of the enterprise.
