Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression and the biological significance of Survivin,Ki-67 in the cervical carcinoma and the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of regulators Survivin and Ki-67 in 26 case of cervical carcinoma,78 case of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CINⅠ28例,CINⅡ23例,CINⅢ27例)and 12 case of normal cervical tissures. Results Expressions of Survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in normal cervical tissures,CIN and cervical carcinoma were gradually increased(P0.05).The expression of Ki-67 was increased with the increment of Survivin expression(P0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of Survivin and Ki-67 nuclear antigen with cervical carcinoma, may be relate with the cell apoptosis and poliferation.
