Preliminary discussion about the development of private(non-governmental) higher colleges in China

With the popularization of higher education in China,more and more students can receive higher education,but governmental colleges are still unable to meet the demands of society for various reasons.China's private higher education has developed by leaps and bounds along with the prosperity of China's market economy,but it has some problems,such as in fair competition,education quality,school-running fund,self-positioning and so on.To enable China's private colleges to develop rationally,those problems must be solved.This paper makes an analysis of the problems and puts forward some solutions,which might help the development of private higher education.
