Abstract

The development of private higher education in China is decided by government's policy in some way.At present,private college is located as higher vocational education by the policy which confines the development of private higher education.In order to reach the goal of promoting the simultaneous development of public and private colleges,we should adjust the policy orientation for private higher education,allow the qualified private colleges to provide undergraduate and post-graduate education.
