Abstract
Objective To study the plasma bipolar transurethral resection(PKRP) treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) in clinical efficacy.Method Treatment of BPH patients PKRP 93 cases, transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) for treatment of 132 cases of BPH patients on the clinical effects of two procedures were compared. Results PKRP operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, blood loss, postoperative catheterization time, complication rates better than the TURP group difference was significant, with statistical significance.3 months postoperative follow-up IPSS,Qmax, and PRV were obviously improved, but no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion PKRP a safe, clear vision, little effect on the body's physiological functions and effective,is an ideal method for treatment of BPH.
