Abstract

Huang Zong xi was one of the representative persons who had advanced legal thoughts during the latest Ming Dynasty and the earlier Qing Dynasty From the analysis of Huangx Zong xi's legal thoughts, we can see through the struggle and integration between the advanced factors and the latter factors in the process of Chinese traditional legal culture development. At the same time, we can appreciate the distinctive content of Chinese legal culture.
