Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence on the lung resection patients restlessness and hemodynamics after general anesthesia when they transfused dexmedetomidine. Methods Elective 42 patients that took lung resection at our hospital from January 2014 to October as cases. All of they belonged to ASAⅠ ~ Ⅱ grade, which were completely randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,21 cases each. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional anesthesia, off his chest in the observation group dexmedetomidine infusion set, infusion of normal saline control group, compared two groups in the agitation score and blood pressure and heart rate. Results Two groups in blood pressure and heart rate had no statistically significant difference at preoperative( P 0. 05). After extubation 1,5,10 mins, observation group's blood pressure, heart rate was significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05),the observation group's postoperative hypertension and EA incidencewas were significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Given dexmedetomidine could significantly reduce the incidence of lung cancer patients undergoing radical EA,and could effectively stabilize blood pressure and heart rate of patients after general anesthesia, which was worthy of clinical use.
