Abstract

MTT method was used to detect the influence of quercetin on the growth of ECV304l cells and Griess method was utilized to detect the effect of quercetin on NO generation of normal and ATP or NA-induced ECV304 cells.Quercetin had no significant influence on the growth and NO generation of ECV304 cells,but could counteract the enhabcement activity of ATP and NE on the NO generation of vascular endothelial cells.
