A Study of Basic Issues of Moral Right

Abstract
Right,initially,is a kind of moral right.Morality originally means obligation.Moral right is characterized by broadness,uncertainty and relativity,and represented by the right of free option,the right of being respected,and the right of fair evaluation.Morality and law belong to the superstructure of society.Legalization of morality,i.e.,legalizing the basic and universal moral rules that reflect the society,is conducive to the internalization of subject's morality.
