Moral Right: Right Obligation

The morals and law all belong to the superstructure of the society, their common foundation can only be the realistic economic relations. Moral right is certain morals system approved, maintained by special morals regulation from way of implementing, and it is a right asking for the corresponding obligation from way of requiring.
