Abstract

Objective Study of aspirin on patients with cerebral infarction effects of nerve function recovery,as well as ischemic stroke recurrence rate. Methods 82 cases of rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction were divided into test group and control group,41 patients in each group. The test group excepted the control group using conventional treatment, plus aspirin 100mg,once a day, draught before going to bed at night. Compared the neurological function recovery effects and recurrence rate of cerebral infarction of these two groups before and after treatment. Results The nerve function recovery of test group was better than the control group, the recurrence rate was 21. 95% ,that lower than 36. 59% in control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Aspirin for stroke rehabilitation phase of treatment, can improve functional recovery in patients with neurological effects, and reduce the recurrence of ischemic stroke rate.
