Abstract
Directed evolution of proteins occurs in the course of human being's engineering proteins. It is usually based on the combination of random mutagenesis, in vitro recombination and screening. There are many technologies in every step. Directed evolution of proteins greatly accelerates the process of engineering proteins and plays an important role in applied and theoretical study.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
