Abstract

This article believes that Jiang Zemins theory of ideological and political work was put forward in view of the new situations and problems occurred in our nations reform and opening and modernization course;is an inheritance and development of our Partys good tradition of ideological and political work,thus having distinct ideological characteristics.This article gives an tentative analysis of these characteristics of conforming to the historical trend of the times,mass interests first,being pragmatic,dialectic and predictive etc.
