Abstract
Combining with the spirit reflected in Jiang Zemin’s speech at the Central Party Committee’s meeting of ideological and political work this article for the first time completely and systematically expounds the ten feachers in Jiang Zemin’s thoery of ideological and political work and puts forward a new train of thought in further strenghening and improving ideological and political work under new situation according to the demands of Jiang Zemin’s theory of ideological and political work．
