Abstract
Objective:To compare the measures of activated blood platelets in different disease conditions and the effects of aspirin on blood clots. Methods:The expression of activated platelet CK62p and CD63 and its changing after taking aspirin in 126 tumor patients and 60 non-tumor patients was detected with flow cytometry.Result:The expression of activated platelet CK62p and CD63 in tumor patients was significantly higher than that in non-tumor patients(P0.05).The expression of activated platelet CK62p and CD63 in tumor patients with clots was significantly higher than that in tumor patients without clots(P0.05),and the expression of activated platelet CK62p and CD63 decrease significantly after aspirin therapy(P0.05).Conclusion:The measurement of activated platelet can predict the risk of blood bolts, and taking small dosage of aspirin can decrease the value of activated platelet in peripheral blood.
