A comparision of the professional certification among UK,USA,and Holland and its implications

Professional certification is an important component of the outside guarantee system of the world higher education.There are three models of professional certification in the world: professional certification being subordinate,professional certification and certification by institutions of higher learning being equal and professional certification being dominant.Knowledge of the formation and development of the professional certification of the world higher education can produce useful implications for the development of country's program evaluation.
