Abstract
The mycelium growth of CE08 Cercospora eriobotryae strain and its conidium germination condition of pathogenic bacterium were studied by mycelium growth rate and pendant-drop methods to provide the theoretical basis for effective control of brown spot in Photinia. The results showed that the optimum medium, temperature and pH for mycelium growth of CE08 strain were PAS,25℃ and 7~8 respectively, the optimum temperature,pH and humidity for its conidium germination were 30℃,6~7 and more than 85% separately, and the pendant-drop method could promote conidium germination effectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
