Abstract
Objective:To report one case of lymphoma occurring primarily in body of pancreas and study its clinical and pathological features.Methods:One case of primary pancreatic lymphoma was investigated by histopathologic and immunohistochemical observation.Results:Microscopically,the tumor cells were uniform in size,and they were arranged with high density and dispersed with suffusion.The nucelus were anachromasised and irregular in size,and they were round or orbicular-ovate.In immunohistochemistry,the tumor cells were positive for LCA,CD20,CD79α and Vimentin,but negative for CD45RO,CK,EMA,NSE,Syn,CgA,CD99 and CD3.Conclusion:Primary pancreatic lymphoma was very rare.It should be differentiated from the lymphomatous metastasis from other place or leukaemia.
