The Thinking about the Development of Community Health Service from Perspective of New Health Reform

Based on current situation and existing problems of community health service,this paper analyzed the reasons behind the phenomenon.Also,the paper holds that,government at all levels should take the new medical reform as guidance,and to play special reforms from local actual situation,such as government function,specific law and policy,talent system and investment mechanism.Government should mainly solve problems,in terms of uneven medical resource allocation and inaccessible and unaffordable medical services,so as to improve the quality of community health service.
