The Community Health Management Development Strategy in the Situation of the New Medical Reform

This paper described the content and process of health management,expounded the significance of the development of community health,and according to the research,community health management was the key of cracking the problem of inadequate and overly expensive medical services,at the same time,it was also an important measure to meet the notion of traditional Chinese medical,prevention of disease.The paper also made a SWOT analysis about the community health services for the community health management development strategy in the situation of the new Medical reform,and pointed out the community health service center’s strengths,weaknesses,threats and opportunities.At the last,we gave our suggestion how to develop fatherly the community health management,such as updating notion,strengthen health education,personnel training,construction of information platform,the establishment of mechanisms for positive interaction among central hospitals and community health service centers and so on,in the situation of two dimensions combined-the strength-weaknesses and opportunities-threats.
