Characteristics PK Internationalization——Cold Reflection on Legal Education in China under Global Hotspots

Under the wave of globalization,some jurists proposed internationalizaton of the legal education and law talent training.In fact,this formulation is improper.Not all legal education of university should train the international talent,and not all university legal education can cultivate the international talents.Only a few university that possess the strong faculty,good students and in leading edge of the opening-up can take the internationalization as the training objectives.The characteristic of legal education can cope with the globalization,the internationalization only a small part of characteristics,the characteristics are the dominant and the characteristics is the competitiveness.According to the different type,function,level,historical traditions,geographical and other aspects of university,the university should fully integrate the school disciplines resources and form their own legal education characteristics.
