The reference of foreign legal talent training mode to our country

Globalization of law is bound to have a significant impact on national legal education,moreover challenges to Chinese legal talent training.The legal education mode of our country is a general education mode in Civil Law countries.The purpose of education is to emphasize the implantation of knowledge and the construction of professional knowledge system,however it often ignores the training of legal skills and the knowledge expansion in each professional field.Learning from many countries' legal talent training mode,legal education should be defined as general-knowledge education and emphasize on the combination of vocational education with general-knowledge education in teaching content and methods;strengthen legal education of globalization,and increase the educational content about international legal rules;clarify the compound talents training target of Juris Master.
