Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods: 92 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 46 patients in each group, the control group with conventional therapy, the treatment group with conventional combined Bisoprolol. The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).After treatment, heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),exercise tolerance, left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd) were significantly improved compared with the control group(P0.01).Conclusion: Bisoprolol can reduce the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure and to improve the outcome.
